Ken Miller is an executive in the Healthcare industry focused on transforming companies into industry-leading organizations. Over the course of his career, Ken has been successful at developing high-performance teams across global geographies to develop and deploy game-changing strategies in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device markets.
Ken began his career as a sales representative with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals (now Sanofi Aventis). During his career, Ken has held numerous progressive and advancing positions, from Regional Business Director with SmithKline Beecham, to Marketing Director/Anemia franchise with Roche Laboratories, to Executive Director – Prescription Rx Marketing with Adams Respiratory Therapeutics (ART). Ken led the sale of ART to Reckitt Benckiser for $2.7 billion.
Ken was committed to making a difference in the world – and decided to take his skills and experience to the expansive diabetes market. In 2008, Ken became the Executive Director – Business Development & New Product Commercialization for Novo Nordisk; where he led the identification, development and implementation of product launches that enabled the company to become the worldwide leader in diabetes care and biopharmaceuticals. Ken created a comprehensive strategic road map - leading regulatory, medical and commercial teams in launches that accounted for $4.5 billion in incremental revenue. Ken’s experience includes acquisitions, in-licensing, co-promotions and partnerships.
In 2014, Ken was named Worldwide President for Diabetes Care at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD). In this role, he oversaw a $1.3 billion business, with 5 manufacturing sites around the world and greater than 2000 associates. As Worldwide President, Ken accelerated the diabetes care businesses from growing in the low-single digits, to high-single digits by transforming the company’s portfolio while driving significant margin gain through operational efficiency. After his time at BD, Ken accepted the role of President & CEO of Nasco Healthcare, a private equity-owned company. Ken transformed Nasco Healthcare into the fastest-growing medical technology company in the healthcare simulation market and successfully exited with a 16X multiple.

Ken currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Koru Medical Systems (KRMD), a publicly traded medical device company. Ken is in the process of transforming the company to deliver predictable growth and sustainable profitability.
Ken graduated from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Ken also holds a BA in Business Management from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ken and his wife Tracey reside in Warren, New Jersey. Ken and Tracey are the proud parents of two sons (Anthony and Chase), and two grandsons (Christian and Jordan). The Miller family is committed to making an impact in their community with a focus on diversity and serving the less fortunate.
